For practitioners

Your separated clients need practical infrastructure. Atlas gives them that.

A private, browser-based toolkit covering finances, scheduling, admin and more. Built for the Australian context.

No subscription · No account · Data stays on the user's device

Your clients often arrive with the practical chaos unresolved — finances tangled, no custody schedule, admin undone. Atlas handles the practical layer so your work can focus on what it's actually for.

The modules

Five tools. Each one handles a specific job.

Module 01 · Finances
$
See the real numbers.
Clients arrive knowing what two households actually cost. Income, expenses, child support, and legal costs mapped in one place — before the session, not during it.
Finances module
Module 02 · Kids Week
Run calmer kids weeks.
The custody logistics stop being the main distraction. Handover days, school schedules, meals, and routines — organised so your client can actually think beyond the immediate week.
Kids Week module
Module 03 · Admin
Get the admin handled.
The 30-item checklist they never knew existed — done. Legal tasks, documents, and correspondence tracked so nothing slips and your client isn't piecing it together from memory.
Admin module
Module 04 · Goals
Goals that fit the phase.
Phase-appropriate goal-setting that works in Stabilise and Rebuild. Not generic aspirations — practical next actions tied to where clients actually are in the process.
Goals module
Module 05 · Guides
Context, not just tools.
AU-specific articles and conversation scripts, filtered by phase. Clients arrive better-informed — less time catching up on context, more time on the work that matters.
Guides module
The phase model

Built around where clients actually are.

The right focus changes depending on where a client is in the process. Each phase calls for different practical priorities — these tools are built around that reality.

Survive · 0–6 months
Stabilise the week. Nothing else.
The priority is basic structure: somewhere to live, legal basics understood, kids seeing both parents. Atlas maps the immediate financial reality and tracks what needs doing — so sessions don't spend the first 20 minutes on logistics.
Privacy

Your client's data never leaves their device.

Atlas runs entirely in the user's browser. Nothing they enter — their income, their kids' schedule, their legal tasks — is sent to a server or stored anywhere but their own device. No account, no sync, no servers reading their numbers. Export to PDF or CSV whenever needed. Clear browser data and Atlas forgets. Instantly.

In their browser
Local only.
Everything they enter is stored in their browser's local memory. Atlas never sends it anywhere — there's nowhere to send it.
No account
No sign‑up.
No login, no email, no password. Atlas doesn't know who the user is, and doesn't need to.
Fully isolated
Wipe it any time.
Clear browser data and Atlas forgets — instantly. No copy on a server, no trail to chase, no access for the other party.
No tracking pixel, no analytics, no ad network — and no one has access to the user's data. Not even us.
Included with every purchase

A printable pack for decisions worth slowing down.

Some parts of separation are easier on paper. The companion pack gives clients structured worksheets for the heavier thinking: money, kids, legal admin, routines, support, and rebuilding.

Use alongside the Atlas dashboards, or print the pages they need when life is too messy for another screen.

20+ practical worksheets included.
Print them, mark them up, come back later.

Scope

What Atlas handles. What it doesn't.

What Atlas handles
  • Finances — income, expenses, child support, two-household budgeting
  • Kids-week scheduling — custody cycle, handovers, routines, school logistics
  • Admin checklists — legal tasks, documents, correspondence tracking
  • Goal-setting — phase-appropriate, practical, rebuild-focused
  • AU-specific guides — CSA formula, Centrelink, family law 2025
  • Printable worksheets — offline tools for heavier decisions
What it doesn't replace
  • Therapeutic support of any kind
  • Legal advice or representation
  • Financial advice or tax planning
  • Crisis intervention or welfare assessment
  • Professional care — yours or anyone else's
These roles are complementary. Clients with the practical side under control tend to arrive more ready for the work you do.
Questions

What practitioners ask first.

Is Atlas a therapeutic or clinical tool?

No. It handles logistics and planning — finances, scheduling, admin, guides. It doesn't provide counselling, legal advice, or any form of professional support. It's a practical organiser, not a clinical intervention.

What happens to client data?

Everything runs in the browser. No account, no backend, no data leaving the device. Nothing is stored anywhere except the user's own browser. You have no access to it, and neither does anyone else.

Can I recommend this to clients in contested proceedings?

Yes. The privacy-by-design model means there's nothing to subpoena and nothing that can be accessed by the other party. The data exists only in the user's browser, on their device.

Who built this?

Johnnie Crawford — a separated parent and brand strategist based in NSW. Built it because nothing practical existed for Australians going through this. Not a lawyer, not a therapist. A parent who needed it.

Is it Australian-specific?

Yes. Child support formula, Centrelink, ATO, Services Australia, family law 2025 — all content is AU-specific. It won't recommend US or UK resources, and the financial calculations use the Australian CSA formula.

What does it cost my clients?

$79 once. No subscription, no account, no ongoing commitment. They pay once, access everything indefinitely. There's nothing to cancel and no tier to upgrade.
